For the enjoyment of all, please read the following before entering
the pool area
1. A unit owner key is required for admittance.
2. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Unit owners are allowed up to 4 guests.
- Total of 6 persons per unit
4. Residents are required to shower before going into the pool.
5. Infants and toddlers who are not toilet trained are allowed in the pool only if they are wearing “Little Swimmers” made by Huggies.
6. The following are prohibited:
• running
• diving
• cannon balling
• free floating devices of any kind
• food of any kind and glass containers
7. You may request a key that will admit you to the clubhouse, pool and tennis
court from the management company. The fee is $10. Replacement keys are $75.
Unit owners are responsible for enforcing these rules.
