1. The Clubhouse is available for use by unit owners/renters, their families and guests when accompanied by the owner/renter. The Clubhouse was designed and furnished for adult use and not as a childrens' playroom.
2. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Their conduct is always the
direct responsibility of their parents.
3. Children under the age of 16 are not to use the Clubhouse after 6:00 PM unless accompanied
by an adult.
4. The Clubhouse will be available to all residents 16 years of age and older in the evening until
8:00 PM.
5. The Clubhouse will be locked at all times and residents will be expected to use their own key for entry. Residents/renters will be responsible for locking and securing the premises and removing all trash when leaving.
6. No one is permitted in the Clubhouse in bathing suits. (Access to the restrooms is through the
side door.)
7. Pets are not allowed in the Clubhouse.
8. No food or drink is to be left in the building.
9. The stove and refrigerator are not to be used by owners/renters using the pool.
10. The Clubhouse is a "No Smoking" area.
11. Each unit is allowed a maximum of six (6) people, which includes the owner/renters, in the
Clubhouse at any time.
12. The gas grill may not be used.
13. Owners reserve the right to refuse admittance or to eject any person failing to comply with
the rules and regulations.
14. The Clubhouse is available for private functions. Application is made through Mercantile
Property Management Corp.
