The Deer Crossing Condominium contains 24 residential buildings of "Townhouse" type design. Each building contains seven, two-story, wood framed townhouse units except one building that contains fiveunits. There are a total of 166 units which were constructed in two separate Phasees. The units are alphabetically and numerically designated. The units with alphabetical designations "A" through "H" and "J" through "M" are what is referred to as Phase I. These units were constructed circa 1984. The units designated as "N" through "Y" are what is referred to as Phase II and were reportedly constructed circa 1986. In addition to the dwelling units, the Deer Crossing Condominiums includes a clubhouse, a well house, a guard shack, a swimming pool and tennis courts.
